Indian farming is fragmented, regional and seasonal. We built our sourcing around that reality instead of fighting it. The result is a tighter supply chain and a better spice.

How we work

No anonymous middlemen. No mystery blending. You can trace any kilo we ship back to the farm it came from.

We buy from the farm

Our buyers visit the same farms each season across Erode, Guntur, Kota, Unjha, Wayanad, Idukki and Madhya Pradesh. We pick what we want, lot by lot.

We clean and grade

Stones, dust, husk and off-grade material come out. The rest is graded against ASTA and ISO 927 before it ever touches a mill.

We mill it fresh

Small batches, cool-milled to hold colour and aroma. Each batch gets a lot ID that traces back to the farm and the harvest.

We test every lot

Moisture, microbial load, heavy metals, aflatoxin, pesticide residue. Tested against FSSAI, EU and US FDA limits. The report ships with your order.

We pack and ship

Kraft, multi-layer, or FIBC for bulk. Sealed under inert atmosphere when you ask for it. Door to door, port to port, your call.
